Q. How much does it cost?

iCPG is priced at £1.99 per month or £19.99 per year. These prices are inclusive of VAT.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you would like to try it out, you could purchase one month’s subscription at £1.99. If you are not satisfied with iCPG, you can cancel your subscription, and you will not be charged again. Your access to the product will cease when your subscription expires.

Q. How do I purchase iCPG?

Please follow these steps to download iCPG:

  1. There are two options for creating an account with iCPG.

Option one for creating an account

Create an account on this website by registering your email address and a password here:

http://www.icpg.co.uk/Account/Register (N.B., if you were a beta tester of the app and had it on your device in March 2016, please uninstall it from your device before installing the new version. This is an important step; keeping the beta version on your device will cause complications with the running of the live app).

Option two for creating an account

Download the app on Google Play or the Apple App Store. When you open the app, you will be presented with a Sign Up button. Please click on that and complete your information.

  1. You will then receive an email with a 6 digit code. Please check your spam or junk folder if you have not received this email within five minutes. The email is sent by wyvern@wyvern.co.uk or icpg@class.co.uk
  1. Once you have the 6 digit code, return to this website and download the app from either of these links:

  1. Once you have the app on your device, enter the 6 digit code you received
  2. At that point, you will be prompted to enter your payment information. Once you have made payment within the app, you can begin using it right away.

Q. I didn’t receive my 6 digit code. Help!

Q. I was a beta tester and cannot access the app offline.

Firstly, please ensure you have uninstalled the beta version of the app from your device. This is essential for the new version to function fully on your device.

If you are using the new version and are having problems, go to the dashboard and click on View Account, you will then be presented with a subscription screen. Please scroll down and click on restore.

Q. Can I download iCPG on multiple devices?

If you are an iOS (Apple products) user, Apple will permit you to use the same app on more than one device.

If you are an Android user, Google Play will permit you to use the same App on multiple devices.

If you would like to use your subscription on a combination of iOS and Android devices, register on http://www.iCPG.co.uk. You can then download the app onto both your iOS and Android devices. Log in with your user name and password, and iCPG will be available to you - the registered user only - on both your iOS and Android devices.

Q. How do I change my subscription?

Subscriptions are either for one month or one year; they will renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. If you wish to change your subscription period (e.g. from one month to one year) then tap on the ‘View Account’ button on the Dashboard. You can then select the other subscription option.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?

If you’re on Google Play then you can follow the instructions on this page (scroll down to the ‘Cancel a Subscription’ link) https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2476088?hl=en-GB

If you’re on Apple, this support page explains how to switch off auto-renewing subscriptions. There are about 5 steps. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039

Once the auto-renew has been cancelled, you will still be able to access the content until the end of the subscription period.

App Functionality

Q. Is the app available offline?

Yes. You can use the app whether you have a data connection or not. However, you must be online to register your account and to buy a subscription. The app is designed to work offline but expects that the user will be online regularly so that notifications, updates and renewals can function correctly. You will not be able to access updates when you are offline.

Q. Does the app log which Guideline and Drug pages I’ve looked at?

Yes, this information is stored in the app, you can email yourself with this information. To do this go to the ‘View Account’ link on the Dashboard and scroll down to the ‘Email log’ button. You can read our Privacy Policy here: http://www.classprofessional.co.uk/terms

Guidelines

Q. How can I bookmark a guideline or drug?

When viewing a Drug or Guideline there is a star icon in the top right, tap this and the icon changes to show it’s been selected. You can then view your bookmarks on the Dashboard by selected ‘Bookmarks’ from the drop-down menu.

Drugs

Q. How do I see drug dosages for a specific age?

On the Dashboard tab find the ‘Patient Age’ area and select the required age from the drop-down menu. When you look at drug dosage tables only the selected age will be displayed. This age selector can also be found on each drug page.

Q. Once I’ve selected an age does it stay selected across the app?

Yes, this is persistent until changed.
